needed for more advanced courses
- Business core courses that introduce you to the
various functional areas of business

program, please review the Prospective
Student section for admission information.
Planning tips
The lower-division general education, business foundation,
and some of the business core courses can be completed through
online courses offered through partner institutions. You
will take online courses to complete the upper-division
liberal studies requirement, the business core courses,
and your major required and elective courses through Metropolitan
State. If you have previous coursework from other institutions,
equivalent transfer courses can be accepted to meet many
of these requirements. For additional planning tips, go
to tips for completing
a B.S. Degree.
